SMART (Stress Management Awareness Response Team) Peer to Peer, Inc. of Schoharie County was founded in 2022 by local first responders who understand firsthand the toll that cumulative stress can take. Every day, first responders face intense and often traumatic situations, and SMART exists to provide a holistic, compassion-centered support system led entirely by current and former first responders.
All services are offered 100% free to those who seek help, ensuring that no one has to face these challenges alone. Your donation is essential to sustaining and expanding this vital peer-to-peer support, allowing SMART to continue caring for those who spend their lives caring for others.
